ERPNext Implementation & Module Setup (End-to-End) – Accounting, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Projects, Support

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext functional/technical consultant to implement and configure ERPNext from scratch for a growing business. The goal is to establish a clean, scalable ERP foundation covering core commercial and operational workflows. The freelancer will be responsible for complete setup, configuration, customization (if required), and validation of the following ERPNext modules: • Accounting • Procurement • Sales • CRM • Projects • Support This is not a basic installation task — we require full business process alignment and production-ready configuration. Objective We want a clean, scalable ERPNext setup aligned to real business workflows — not just default configuration. Scope of Work 1. ERPNext Environment Setup • ERPNext installation (self-hosted or cloud – to be finalized) • Company setup and master configuration • User roles, permissions, and access hierarchy • Naming series and document structure standards • Email and notification configuration 2. Accounting Module Setup • Chart of Accounts design aligned to business needs • Fiscal year and tax configuration • GST setup (India) • Accounts Receivable & Payable workflows • Payment entries and bank reconciliation • Financial reports validation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) 3. Procurement Module Setup • Supplier master structure • Item master and categories • Purchase cycle workflow: o Material Request o RFQ o Supplier Quotation o Purchase Order o Purchase Receipt o Purchase Invoice • Approval workflows (if required) 4. Sales Module Setup • Customer master and pricing structure • Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Invoice flow • Price lists and tax rules • Sales reporting structure 5. CRM Module Setup • Lead and Opportunity pipeline • Sales stages and probability • Activity tracking and follow-ups • CRM dashboard configuration 6. Projects Module Setup • Project templates and task hierarchy • Milestones and dependencies • Timesheets and costing • Project profitability tracking 7. Support Module Setup • Issue/ticket workflow • SLA configuration • Priority and escalation rules • Customer support reporting Deliverables • Fully configured ERPNext instance • All modules tested with sample transactions • Documented workflows per module • User roles and permissions configured • Go-live readiness checklist • Knowledge transfer session(s) Freelancer Requirements • Proven ERPNext implementation experience • Strong functional understanding of Accounting & Supply Chain • Experience with Indian GST configuration in ERPNext • Ability to translate business processes into ERP workflows • Prior end-to-end ERPNext projects preferred Please share: • ERPNext projects completed • Modules implemented • Screenshots or demo (if available) Engagement Model • Fixed price preferred (module-wise or full project) • Milestone-based payments • Remote implementation
