I have gone through the requirements in detail and can develop a concise, decision-focused ESG credit research report connecting environmental performance directly to borrower credit risk. The first execution step will be to establish the data sourcing strategy to ensure a technically solid piece of environmental credit research. My execution sequence involves systematically gathering data from sources like Bloomberg and CDP, normalizing these figures for consistency, and then performing a materiality assessment against credit risk. The final deliverable will be a well-structured report, complete with supporting spreadsheets for auditability, directly linking environmental performance to the credit profile. I plan to use Excel for the primary analysis and Python for data normalization, drawing on experience in producing integrated bond research.
