Virtual Assistant

I need a VA for 2 specific projects - planning and organizing a small scale event (<20 people) and for some internet research and communications. Fluent spoken French and a very high level of written and spoken English is a requirement.

Experience in both event and meeting planning helpful. Some project management experience would also be helpful. It would also help if you are the EU, preferably France or the UK.

If you perform well in these two projects there will be regular work (starting at 2 hours a month) from later this year, with a view to a long term arrangement.

The event to be planned: For end of May 2017, a group of authors are going to meet in Paris, France for a weekend. A detailed schedule will be provided. Your mission is to obtain quotations from suitable Hotels in Paris, and to coordinate communications with guests and Hotel.

The research: my work involves teaching authors how to write better books. I do this both one-to-one and with online courses. You will research author services websites, author clubs and associations, online forums, online teaching platforms, etc, to find places where my services can be sold and advertized.
