- Respond to and resolve service requests and customer inquiries via email.
- Accountable to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing the ticket count.
- Direct feedback and/or game defects to the game team.
- Use superior judgment and be diplomatic when communicating with customers about potentially controversial issues.
