We urgently need an experienced customer support representative (CSR) that has technical software engineering background. Technical background is highly preferred but if you have good CSR experience and have provided support in IT domain but does not have a degree in computer science, you can still bid. We will evaluate your skills if your bid is shortlisted. Prior experience of working in a BPO, or call center is highly preferred. Experience of working in a similar role in an IT firm is also acceptable.
1. You must have excellent English speaking skills (North American accent)
2. You must be very disciplined, organized, and punctual
3. You must have good professional attitude and excellent temperament
4. You will work during US EST timezone.
5. You must have CRM experience. You must have experience in any one of the popular CRM tools like sugarcrm, zohocrm, insightly, salesforce, or MS CRM.
6. You must have excellent email etiquette.
7. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Thus you must be highly motivated.
We are a software development firm and provide services to the clients in the USA. We run marketing campaigns that include online Adverts. People contact us via phone and email. The selected candidate will receive calls and answer client queries. You will also respond via emails and online chat. If you don't have technical background, you will simply interact with the clients and direct them to the technical staff if you are not able to answer their queries. If you have IT background, that will be a big plus and you stand an excellent chance of being selected for this position. The volume of calls or emails is not high therefore you can work part time on this but you must be available online for full 8 hours.
To give you a background, we provide software development services using technologies like PHP, WordPress, SharePoint, Web Design, Web Development, SEO, etc. Once you receive an email, you should respond immediately (max. within 10 mins). You should also be available to receive calls and to provide online chat support.
We are not looking for companies or agencies. We are looking for individuals who want to take this up as a full time job (monthly basis) on long term basis, at least that is the preference but if you want to work on short term basis, that is also fine. All we need is a good resource who is responsible and can represent us efficiently. You must have good work ethics and above average IQ.
