DigiOrange Inc, a multi-brand international company, is looking to add a friendly, outgoing person to handle customer service for our team. We are a headphone company based in Brooklyn, NY. This job is completely virtual. We can set you up so that you can handle all of this from the comfort of your own home. Requirements: - With experience in customer support, - Characteristics: problem solver, friendly, patient, intuitive, - Speaks and writes English very well and without a noticeable accent. - Amazon experience (preferable) - Knowledge of Zendesk Responsibilities: - Respond to messages and phone calls in the order that they are received. The SLA we are looking to target is less than 12 hours. But if tickets were created at the beginning of the working day, they should be responded to within the same day. - Reach out to our customers who have left negative reviews. (training will be provided) - Respond to social media messages (possible) Conditions: - Working hours: 10AM EST to 6PM EST Monday through Friday. You need to be completely available and working the full 8 hours so that none are missed. - Work from home! (must have reliable high-speed Internet connection) - $700/month with the option of an additional $100 bonus monthly if we see that you are reaching all of our set goals. Overall, we are flexible with how you will be working with us. If you finish all your tickets and reviews, we are fine with you having free time as long as you are available to respond to phone calls during working hours. We are looking for a person who has a go getter attitude and will truly become a part of our team. Even though you are virtual, you are going to be a major part of our company and we want you to understand that your role is important. We want you to take it seriously. There is always room to grow and learn as our company is actively growing as well.

I'm here to excel at whatever i do and do every job with excellence and honesty. I'm a very passionate person and work is essential to me. I have a total of 6 years work experience, started as a customer service representative for Telecommunication company UK Campaign for a year and a half, I have then moved on to start as a telemarketing agent for a housing company in contact with companies in the US & Canada who are attending exhibitions to secure their hotel accommodations for lower prices, i have worked my way up to be a telemarketing manager in 3 years. As of Freelancing i do have a 5 months experience in both real estate & shipping. My 6 year journey has been very passionate, I have learned a lot and i'm very thankful for every step i have taken. Being a customer service representative can teach a person a lot and transitioning into the sales world was just great! I do have access to make and receive calls to and from the US and Canada.

I am skilled in various aspects of business including customer support. I don't know Zendesk but I have used many other programs and I'm sure I can learn it very quickly. I have done customer support, sales, HR and other tasks including content writing remotely. I am available in the required time periods and agree to the $700 salary to start with.

Good Day, I am writing in response to the vacant position of customer service representative. I'm a professional with an extensive and explicit experience of more than 10 yrs in different industries including BPO/KPO , retail and insurance sector.
