We are looking for someone to join our support staff to answer emails mainly and handle other administrative things.
- Your job is to answer emails, provide support, and handle things like refunds and conflicts with orders.
- We will also need you to run the chat service and answer questions people may have.
- We are looking for people who can cover the time from around Sunday through Thursday from 18:00 to 24:00 EST (New York time).
- This is also a part time job
