Resolve Freelancer Express Withdrawal to JP Post Bank Account Processing Issue

ISSUE SUMMARY I recently initiated an Express Withdrawal payment request on Freelancer.com. Specifically, I selected the bank transfer option to my Japan Post bank in Japan. Previously when I selected this option the payment went to my bank account within the processing period. But this time it has been stuck after a couple of weeks. SELF TROUBLESHOOTING DONE I have checked my bank account details for Express Withdrawal to Japan and confirmed that my bank account details are the same as what is my actual JP bank account. I tried seeing if there is any option to fix this within my account but did not see any options. I have tried the cancel option but it did not do anything. I have asked ChatGPT, contacted Freelancer.com support about this 4 times through live chat and even created a Freelancer Support ticket by myself. However, I never have gotten any updates from the payment processor or Freelancer Payment/Withdrawals team. I have also called the JP bank customer service phone number but could not get this issue resolved. REQUESTED SUPPORT NEEDED Please help me to get this withdrawal completed so that my payment is received in my bank account. After the withdrawal is needed, please make sure that I can make withdrawals from Freelancer.com in the future. After the issue is resolved I want a report submitted to me in a Microsoft Word document. It should describe the following. • Evidence that this issue is resolved. • What you did to resolve the issue. • The root cause why this issue happened. • How to prevent this issue from happening in the future. • If I should use another withdrawal method in the future in order (for example PayPal) to prevent my Freelancer.com withdrawal from being stuck in Processing or any other pending withdrawal state. You should describe what you think is the best possible method to prevent my withdrawal from being stuck in the future. SKILLS NEEDED Knowledge and experience in transferring money from Freelancer.com to JP Post bank account in Japan. Fluent in both English and Japanese languages. Ability to contact both Freelancer.com support and JP bank support. Ability to solve bank withdrawal issues / online payment issues in a timely manner.

Hello, sorry this is not for bidding, but in the past I also tried sending my money to my JP bank account in Japan. My transfer got rejected multiple times yet Freelancer Support agent told me that the reason was totally unknown. In the end I gave up and as an alternative I use Wise USD bank account where I first send USD (or other currencies earned here) and convert into JPY, then I'm able to send straight to my JP account. So far I had no issues. I hope this helps!
