SDN controller placement in WSN

I need to implement using Matlab code , the software defined network ( SDN) controller placement for wireless sensor network , applying the two attached files. first , we have random deployment of 500 sensor nodes in 200x200 field and then we will do clustering technique using K-way spatial clustering as in the attached paper , instead of conventional clustering, Then for step 2, we will use genetic algorithm and greedy algorithm to choose a placement among the cluster heads for two SDN controllers, where already there exist sdn controller at the sink, so the total sdn controllers is three. ,, we will compare the performance results that includes throughput, energy saving, latency, cost for these 2 techniques when using three controllers and also when using only one controller at the sink, and choose the best technique .
