Property Architect Services Provider

We focus on modular built properties. Where looking to outsource our design services to qualified architects, civil engineers, and structure engineers, with experience in property design and development. We are looking to have the following properties designed: • Western State University – Midsize University • Henderson University – Midsize University • United Medical Institute – Midsize College • Highland City High School • Highland City Middle School • Highland City Intermediate School • Highland City Elementary School • Highland City Pre – K School • Highland City Kindergarten • Highland City Conventions and Expo Center • Highland City Sports Arena • Highland City Sports Field • Highland City Indoor Amusement Park • Highland City Indoor Water Park • Highland City Mega Movie & Bowling Alley • Highland City Golf Resort • Highland City Gardens • Highland City Youth Community Park • Highland City Main Community Park • Highland City Dog Park • Highland City International Hospital • Highland City Family Medical Plaza • Highland City Town Hall & Public Works Building • Highland City Police Station & Court House • Highland City Fire and EMT Stations (4 different versions) • Highland City Town Chamber of Commerce • Highland City Town Community Center • Highland City Town Library and Technology Learning Center • Highland City Farms • Highland City Meat Company • Highland City Dairy Company • Highland City Seafood Company • Highland City Marketplace • Highland City Commercial Park(s) (8 Versions). • Highland City Business Park(s)(10 Versions) • Highland City Industrial Park(s) (6 Versions) • Highland City Retail Center(s) (10 Versions) • Highland City Residential Homes (12 Models) • Highland City Apartment Complexes (8 Models) • Highland City Urban Loft Apartments (6 Models) As you can see we have quite few properties that need design. We need partners, group, or company. We have an allocated budget of $550,000 USD for these projects. We need someone that can design multiple properties at once. Your duties would be to do the following: • Design Property • Design Layout/Blue Print • Design Elevations • Design Sitemap • Provide Modular BOM (Bill of Materials) • Complete Design Services. We will hour an hour rate. Hour rate set at $55 USD or we can set per property design budgets. You will be required to sign an agreement. Please provide examples of work. Deadlines for development will be light and short. You must understand modular properties and the modular process. Please provide recent examples of architectural design work.
