Hydraulic Press Machine which is managed by PLC and HMI

The PLC is: Mitsubishi PLC (MELSEC-F Series)

The press machine is operational and functional.

The PLC has already a software which was developer by the Press Machine factory.

so the logic already exist.

I need to extend the logic in such way that the machine will be capable to have tolerance while the press machine is doing cycles.

I will explain in details what I meant (what already exist , just explaining to give the general idea of what exist):

Once the Press machine start to operate , I can configure how many cycles I want that the press machine will perform , cycles means how many times to make the actual press.

The current state of the software is that I need to configure how much press power I want that the Main Cylinder will generate. once the press machine start a cycle , the press machine generate the desired pressure power. this is good , and no issue with this.

But Within a cycle , the press machine is not capable to maintain the desired pressure.

for more clarification I will explain more: we put inside the press machine Mold , female mold and male mold. and inside the mold we put raw material.

this raw material has resistance (any material in the world has physics resistance).

because of this resistance the pressure power goes down or up.

what I need is to maintain the pressure power , this is what called in the professional terms: tolerance.

I need that the software will be capable to perform this operation.

I can provide remote access to the Press machine , in a way that I will connect a laptop computer and will give you remote access to the PLC.

I need turnkey project. I pay once the machine with the updated software is doing the desired operation.

the problem is:

that the pressure is not renew. the raw material has water inside

and once the machine make the press

so because of the water which exist inside the raw material

the pressure goes down

The main goal in this project is that the new software will be

capable to maintain the pressure even though the resistance of the

raw material.

The gap between the real time pressure and the desired pressure

need to be not greater than 3%
