Design circuit in Multisim

I want professional one in Multisim to design the following circuit:
Design an oscillator that can provide output frequencies of 1 MHz to 10 MHz. Your circuit need to have a variable resistor for changing the output frequency.
(Note: there is no requirement on components you use, for example op-Amp or transistor, type of oscillating output signal – sinusoids or square wave, etc. When I examine your circuit, I will change the variable resistor and look at your output signal to see if it is changing from 1 MHz to 10 MHz.
