Dear all Professional Coder, i need a College Management System (Web based Intelligent Approach) the bids will goes like this, You need to prepare a proposal before you be the winning coders (The Proposal must be a standard Proposal and professiona;) Below are the requirement, End User Funtion: (Student and lecturer) 0) there will be a main page (professionally design for the menu selections) 1) Student Information function 2) Subject Registration 3) Financial (this purposely for the student fee and tracking system) 4) scheduling 5) Lecturer page (this should act as an infor and annuncement for the lecturer to the student..(like a blogging system) 6) satistic (all student , payment history) 7) Management announcement page (eg, Academic affairs,student affairs) 8) all announcement made, will directly forwarded to the student emails... 9) any updates also wil go straight forward to the student emails. 10) simple forum( this should be integrate with the student infor(no cheating afterwards ( the management will assign acess to the student) Admin side, 1) Full automated reporting system 2) access level rights management 3) banned user 4) restrict section for the student to aceess ( eg, if they still didnt pay the school fee , then the student will be automatically cant view thier result online) 5) email sent to the student should be able to configure time elapsed so that there is no congestion) 6) configurable accounting system where we can set the date for the student need to pay the fee and generate email reminder to the student and the management..so that they can follow up with the matters ( this will be email based) 7) we need the system to be able to generate random matric number / running number (eg, DCS-the running number/ random number) 8) time table management(full featured) 9) the page should be editable easyly, should support RTE 10) The student cannot change thier name and matric number in their information ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
