Your main mandate is to reorganize the equipment, flows and access points so that the overall workflow is fully optimised—minimal handling, clear maintenance corridors and a logical progression from feedstock preparation through carbonisation to final packaging. Once the revamped layout is set, I also want the critical sections tested in ANSYS.
