Hello, I'm experienced electronics engineer in RF electronics and antenna design. Design SAR Radar antenna arrays in L band (1300MHZ). Also for the ISM band of 433MHz, in addition the measurement of radiation. And do ROE adjustments using VN-Analyzer that I have in my LAB. I think I can make your project, In my opinion forma BLE application, You should design a PIFA type antenna with some optimization of size and bandwidth.
