Hello, my name is Deepak and I am an Aeronautical Engineer. I have done many projects in my manufacturing company using CATIA V5 and Solidworks software. I have extensive experience in design, analysis, piping system design and FEA/CFD. I understand that you want to pick up aluminium alloy components from a trolley to the workstation and need an automated mechanism that can handle up to 15-20 kg weight with a small footprint. You don't need an actual mechanism developed in its entirety but prototypes are acceptable.
