administrative project to download data - no spripting just browsing and saving(repost)

this project involves downloading lots of data from a pied subcription site i belong to. and saving the data to csv files and combining those files . i will provide a list of coordinates whcih you will use to navigate to latitude longitude coordinanles on this graphic information system site and you will select and download information about the parcels selected. it is a continuation of a project another vworker took on and then could not complete. Can you figure out how to do that and how much you think it would cost? I will send you a new schools file with TOP 350 locations.
