I am looking for some paid advice on which CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) software to go for. We're a road/pipeline contractor and our equipment fleet comprises of around 20 bull dozers, 50 or so welding machines, and around 100 other assets. All are pretty old so require a lot of repairs and maintenance. Our company was formed only last year and these assets were simply transferred from another company, so we don't have any system in place (other than our account software which records all expenses incurred on each asset). Anyway, so far I am leaning towards [url removed, login to view], but would like expert opinion. Other softwares, for reference, which I have not spent much time on but sound similar (just to give you an idea) are:

If you have experience on CMMS, I would love to hear from you, perhaps with a comparative analysis of which software to go for. Here are the features I am looking for:
1. 1. Basic stuff - Assets & asset hierarchy, facilities, etc. which all sofwares have
2. 2. (optional): Consumables - and fuel monitoring. Being a contractor in India, we do have major pilferage of fuel during our projects. We plan to implement fuel monitoring hardware and software system on our dozers, welders, etc. to alert in case of theft. If this can be tied with CMMS, bonus points.
3. 3. Should not cost more than $100 per month total for 3 users total (we will start with only 3 users).
