I have a project which requires to solve PDE numerically. The preferred software to be used in this project is MatLab. The PDE is a simplification from Navior-Stokes equations (St. Venant equations). Detailed formula can be found in the attached paper. Equation 17 and 18 on page 3 are the ones need to be simulated and solved.
