Movement Sensor

Deliver a working breadboard (or detailed pictures/instructions for a working breadboard) based on documentation and schematics provided by a component vendor. The application is for a very highly sensitive movement sensor that triggers an LED (in the final application the trigger will fire a relay).

All of the components except the movement sensor itself are readily available off the shelf items. Ideally you could work up the breadboard with a placeholder for the sensor and send me photos and notes. I'd be happy to send a kit that includes most if not all the required components, if that's better for you.

The vendor's documentation and test circuit are attached for reference. It appears to be a simple circuit but I've struggled with it so would love some help from someone more knowledgeable.



FYI, I'm also considering a microcontroller-based design that would use on/off flutter from the sensor to determine "movement" and then light the LED and fire the relay. It's not a vendor-endorsed design and not sure how robust it is, but it looks interesting. Attached is documentation (including PIC source code).

I can provide you with a simple and economical circuit. You do not need to go for a Micro controller.
