This is a new job to modify an existing Printed Circuit Board. It is to make the version 3.
Mandatory: The person must know and use 16.3 cadence software. The person must know how to add components and the layout production rules.
The aim of the job is to replace the actual 64 pin TQFP by a 100 pin TQFP and a 48 pin LQFP.
The components have a minimum of dedicated passives. The PCB has 4 layers.
On the top, the actual placement and layout must remain the same.
On the bottom, there is a 64 pin TQFP with a minimum of dedicated passives.
Here is the description of the tasks:
A. Remove L1 and L2.
B. Remove C3 and C4 capacitors.
C. Add [url removed, login to view] 0603 CER 16V 10% X7R capacitors.
D. Add five [url removed, login to view] SMT, 2.2 KÎ© 1/16W 1% 0603 resistors.
E. Add one SMT, 0805 Green DIFF [url removed, login to view] mm led.
F. Add one SMT, 510Î© 1/16W 1% 100 PPM 0603 resistor.
G. Add one OSC SMT
H. Add four SMT, 33Î© 1/10W 5% 0603 resistor.
I. Add one IC 48-LQFP
J. Add two SMT, 1.5 KÎ© 1/10W 1% 0603 resistor.
K. Add one SMT, [url removed, login to view] KÎ© 1/10W 1% 0603 resistor.
L. Replace U1 by one 100pin TQFP.
M. Remove R27, R28.
N. Replace C22 and C23 by two SMT, 20 pF 0603 CER 50V, 5% C0G capacitors. The package 0603 stays the same.
O. Replace Y1 by one OSC SMT
P. Replace C17 by one SMT, 10 ÂµF 0805 CER [url removed, login to view] 20% , X5R capacitor. The package 0805 stays the same.
Q. Add one switch
