Need a circuit soldered up. It's a schematic found at:

I need to have a circuit that's on the right side of that image - the one from "4" up to the charger circuit, that I can put in a nice little box and connect to that 1772 inlet (which I have)
I've already soldered one up, but I suck at this stuff and it doesn't work.
The "S1" can be a manual switch, which we'd wire into the car power with a relay or something.
I'm more worried about the circuit telling the "other side" of that EVSE picture that it's ready to go, and to allow the current to flow to the car.
The ONLY input / output to / from this circuit is via 12v +/- coming from the 1772 plug...
Can anyone give me an "idiot's guide" shopping list and instructiosn on how to solder this up ? I'll pay you to do so - $50 for 5 minutes worth of work and a few emails can't be bad, huh? :)

I can do this. I am an electrical engineer with many years of design and manufacturing experience. This job is a snap.
A am an engineer in electronics. I have already done some chargers (have a schematic). Write PM to get additional information.
