Looking for someone to create a graphical interactive PC / windows based program to control several commands to a custom device by RS232 connection with several graphical feedback states (on/off for various components, status state of various components, error states, etc...) representing the state of the custom device.
Additionally, the program is required to run in an "automatic" mode where commands are sent to the custom device by RS232 command automatically based upon time via a type of schedule.
The Schedule can either be created by an external text editor and imported if simple or if complex then an intuitive, graphical time based event creation tool must be included. Schedules will be based upon a 7 day (Week) that repeats for a given valid period.
Time resolution would need to be accurate to within one second of the internal PC clock.
