Technology company invites qualified applicants to review, evaluate and propose a PCB assembly to function as a wireless RF detection and notification device.
Successful candidate will be (or have access to) a PCB expert with experience in RF and wireless networking to design a battery powered, wireless assembly to detect RF signals in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and US based cellular bands/frequencies. The PCB will notify a centralized software system via a wireless connection to a local host/wireless access point of all RF activity detected within its range.
There are additional requirements related to battery life, detection range and wireless connectivity, etc. that will be shared upon the completion of the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Successful candidate will also provide firmware support to control the feature set/functionality of the PCB to meet all current and future requirements.
The design of the device must be professionally rendered, evaluated, tested and include all necessary schematics, BOM, and other files required to move from prototyping to mass production.
This project has been approved and it is our intention to manage the project through the proof of concept, prototyping, and mass production stages; likely leading to additional opportunities to engage the successful candidate throughout and beyond the initial scope of the project.
This project must be completed as soon as is reasonably possible. As such, we must insist that candidates have a proven track record with the design and development of RF technology components and must be able to meet project milestones, deadlines and budgets.
For further consideration, please review, complete and upload the attach NDA for additional details on the project.
