Hello, I am a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer (PE No. 101301) specializing in structural engineering and permit-ready residential design. I can provide the complete structural engineering package for your proposed one-story Florida residence, including: * Structural foundation and framing design * CMU exterior wall design * Roof-to-wall and continuous load-path connections * Florida wind and uplift calculations * Structural calculations and material specifications * Signed and sealed structural drawings ready for permit submission * Responses to structural plan-review comments The design will be prepared in accordance with the current Florida Building Code and applicable ASCE 7 requirements.
