I already purchased an S/MIME certificate from Sentigo and need help getting it working on my Windows machine in Outlook Classic for a single mailbox. The job is two-fold: 1. Import and bind the Sentigo certificate correctly inside Outlook’s Trust Center so I can sign and encrypt messages without warnings. 2. Prove that the setup works by exchanging a test message, showing the padlock/security ribbon, and confirming the certificate chain is trusted on both ends. I will share remote access (or screenshare) so you can: • Install the certificate into the Windows personal store. • Map the certificate to the correct email account in Outlook. • Walk me through sending and receiving an encrypted and a signed message, then explain the visual indicators that confirm the message is truly encrypted. • Provide a short, plain-language note I can keep for future reference on renewing or re-importing the certificate after a reinstall. Success is the ability to send and receive S/MIME-encrypted email from this single Outlook profile without errors, plus clear written confirmation of the validation steps we performed.
