Scope of work • Port or configure a reliable BACnet stack on the ESP32 (C/C++ or ESP-IDF preferred). • Create BACnet objects that report temperature, humidity, airflow, CO₂ levels, and any other standard unit parameters typically required for a complete HVAC profile. • Ensure each object is properly readable over BACnet/IP and supports basic COV subscription. • Provide a sample MQTT or serial debug output so I can cross-check readings during bench testing. • Supply clear build instructions and commented source code that compiles in PlatformIO or ESP-IDF. Acceptance criteria 1. ESP32 announces itself on the network and passes a BACnet Who-Is/I-Am test. 2. All defined objects return live sensor data in the correct engineering units. 3. COV or periodic polling returns values without timeouts for at least 24 h. 4. Documentation covers pinout, dependencies, and steps to flash future firmware updates.
