I need a clean, compact PCB layout built around the ESP32-CAM module that will serve as the heart of a small, battery-powered IoT device. Space efficiency and low-power routing are crucial because the board must slip easily into a slim enclosure and run for long stretches on a single charge. You’ll start from my rough hand-drawn schematic and translate it into a production-ready design, paying special attention to: correct pin break-outs for the on-board camera, stable 3 V / 5 V regulation from the battery pack, and clear access to the module’s programming pads. If you think a few passive components or protection features will extend battery life or improve signal integrity, feel free to propose them—I’m open to sensible tweaks that don’t bloat cost or board size. Deliverables • Cleaned-up schematic (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle source) • PCB layout files and Gerbers ready for fabrication • Complete BOM with part numbers and footprints • Brief design notes covering power budgeting and any low-power techniques you used Acceptance is straightforward: the Gerbers must pass JLCPCB’s online DRC without errors, and the ESP32-CAM should have at least 1 mm clearance all around its metal shielding in the 3D view. If those boxes are ticked, we’re good to move straight to ordering prototypes.
