Phplist default funtions help

This job is not for customizing phplist but only to help me use its default features.

We have about 30,000,00 email data and I am looking for a PHPList pro. Somebody who has used and customized phplist many times.

1) Before I hire you please tell me what will be your best approach to help me manage this large list on a shared hosting account?

2) If I wish to further customize default phplist functions what custom functions have you already built in the past?

Your answers to my above questions will help me take a decision to hire you for both the jobs. This one and the custom requirement one.
