We want to fine tune our Klaviyo strategy, using our existing email designs and messages, we are confident that we’re doing the right things from a brand message, but we need to create a well-rounded strategy for Campaigns and Flows.
We have created the segments (attached), and have successfully increased revenue from Flows/Campaigns for the past 3 months. But here’s what we are looking for specifically:
1. Are there any segments that we should create beyond the segments listed below?
2. What fine tuning can we do to the segments?
3. What strategy do we implement to these segments for both campaigns and flows? Specifically; when do we send email campaigns and how often do we email? Also, are there any flows that should be created to these segments?
4. What additional “Signup forms” are needed to gather more information about the customer or create a new offer after the initial signup? (Specifically, creating different offers when existing Klaviyo profiles come to the site).
Please see the documents attached. Including a snapshot of last 90 days with Klaviyo. (We use PostScripts integrated with Klaviyo for SMS)
I’m looking for someone who can take a few days to setup and consult us on this. If this works out, we can hire on an ongoing basis for managing the segments, etc.
