Fix Apollo Junk Mail

When I send personal outreach through Apollo, every message that leaves my Outlook inbox ends up in the recipient’s Junk folder. I need someone who understands both Apollo and Outlook deliverability to identify exactly why this is happening and get my emails into the main inbox where they belong. You will need to inspect my current setup—DNS, sending domain, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reply-to address, Apollo routing, and any reputation issues—then correct whatever is mis-configured. I’m not sure whether the authentication records have ever been added properly, so please assume they may be missing or incomplete. Once fixes are applied, I expect clear proof that: • The domain passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks. • Several live test sends from Apollo to Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo arrive in the primary inbox (screenshots or seed-list report are fine). • You provide a short hand-off note outlining any ongoing best practices to keep my personal emails out of Junk.
