Virtual Customer Support Agent

Fast growing ecommerce retailer is looking for a person or organization to assist with handling customer support processes. The Job is a virtual position and requires working during the hours of 9:am to 6:00 pm EST 5 Days as week.
We are currently looking to hire one person as a trial and then expand with additional staff within the next couple of months.
Overseas BPO companies are welcome to submit proposals. Person would need to have good English speaking skills both verbal and written.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Customer Support assistant to manage responses to customer tickets, email handling, some inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
- Email management
- Support Ticket Management
- Order Escalations
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience as an support assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
