Issue with split delivery between gsuite and other hosting provider

I have an issue with our split delivery. The incoming mails are delivering and there is no problem. I can send emails from gsuite but sometimes mails get rejected when i send from outlook. The mail problem is when i send email from other hosting provider, they always end up in spam folder. Need to fix this issue and also for gsuite. If you have experience with this kind of issues only then bid competitive price.
