UX/UI Refined WordPress Designer Needed

WordPress / Elementor Designer – UX/UI Refinement & Visual Polish We're a specialist recruitment firm in the creative and media industries. Our website is built in WordPress using Elementor and is functionally complete, but needs a designer who can think in terms of user experience and interface design, not just page assembly. We've had work from people who can operate Elementor but can't actually design, and the output shows it. The brief The site structure, content and core layout are in place across multiple page templates, including service pages, company news/blog pages and landing pages. We need someone who can apply genuine UX/UI judgement to take it from functional to a professionally finished state. That means establishing visual consistency, improving how users navigate and read each page, refining the application of the brand theme, and adding considered interaction where it earns its place. This isn't a rebuild. It's about unifying the design language and delivering a finish that reflects design thinking. What we need UX/UI audit of existing page templates, identifying inconsistencies and friction points in layout, hierarchy and flow Unified brand theme applied consistently across all page types Blog/news templates refined for both listing and individual post views Visual and interface refinement of existing Elementor layouts for a cleaner, more considered result Strong typographic hierarchy, spacing and visual rhythm across pages Creative input on micro-animations, transitions and hover states Mobile responsiveness checked and tightened, with attention to mobile UX rather than just scaling Site ready for launch at the end of the engagement You should have Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI sensibility, not just Elementor proficiency Genuine eye for layout, hierarchy and interface detail Ability to work within an existing brand direction rather than starting from scratch Experience improving sites built by non-designers Comfortable suggesting improvements, not just executing instructions Milestones UX/UI audit and recommendations Brand theme unification across all page types Individual template refinement and interaction design Revisions round Final sign-off and launch-ready handover To apply, share 2-3 URL examples of Elementor sites you've designed or refined where the UX/UI thinking is clear, and a brief note on what you'd look at first when polishing an existing site.
