We are developing a new controller unit for a heating device consisting of one board for the UI with an LCD Display and micro controller, and one board for power and heating control. We have one working prototype here and all layouts and circuit diagrams for the two boards.
Our expectation to your service include:
- Optimize the two boards for mass production
- Search for alternative components for the functions that are cheaper or better (the price of the components right now, is too high).
- Check compliance with applicable standards of CE board (insulation distance, conductor thickness .... or what else is out there and we do not know)
- optimize the routing in regard of current capacity, reliability
In the end we require circuit diagrams and layout drawings as well as part and components lists so we can let someone produce these two boards for us.
Project to be finished within two weeks from now. Please do not make bids if you do not have time fir the project.
