I will need a test module with LCD display that can be installed and move between machines to test different sensor placement and part counting methods.
Module will have to count machine cycles and parts produced.
Two inputs required to define cycle.
1st input to monitor and display machine cycles per minute. Signal from proximity sensor.
2nd input from ring sensor to count parts produced and display on the LCD screen.
One output to inhibit machine start after 15 minutes of inactivity. And display message on the LCD screen. This will be used to control relay that can disable machine start button or cut air supply.
Reset button to reset part counter.
Reset button to reset relay and start machine. ( this will simulate future down time code input)
I'm looking for someone who can provide Arduino sketch and electronic diagram with parts list.
