Hello, no big problem to built. If orientation of magnets is defined and constant - than on Hall sensors, if orientation is random - then on digital 3-axis compasses used in drone navigation, they are not expensive. Some other technical points need to be clarified also. The price is rather for design and software only, if a working prototype is to be made and delivered - the price will be substantial more. About me: I'm an electronic engineer with about 25 years of experience, also about 7 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks. Experience with Arduino and ESP32 controllers. Good technical background. Both software and hardware development. Experience in 3D printing, manufacturing drawings. Prototyping is possible, both electronics and mechanics. Ok so there is some information missing here. Will there be an LCD screen? Or would it just be the case that you need a USB/serial output that could be made sense of with a GUI? What youre asking for is straightforward to achieve with hall effect sensors, so 4x hall-effect sensors feeding back to 4 ADC ports on a microcontroller. the choice of microcontroller will depend on the required bandwidth and ADC resolution. Is this some sort of motor controller application? it sounds like all you need is like a sense/not sense binary based on a threshold of magnetism but that requires some clarity. The logic you are looking to output needs defined a bit better but is easily achievable. Over 20 years electronics design experience here, just making a start so looking to offer high value service to build reputation.

Hi; Since you're talking about "magnetic sensors", you'll need at least one Hall Effect sensor to detect motion, and how many times it's detected. Is the motion linear or circular? Also, if you need to know "movement direction", you'll need 2 Hall Effect sensors to determine direction. Please contact me for this, as I have a home lab and working on such projects.
