For this project, my approach is to first identify the specific requirements of the project. Then I will start by designing the architecture of the system. After that, I will develop the firmware for the ESP8266 device. I will also design the program for the communication between the master and the slave device. After that, I will develop the program for interfacing the sensors with the master device. Finally, I will test and debug the system to make sure it is working properly.

Firslt i will request you to check my portfolio and my previous work related to Esp8266 Master and Slave communication and also I used Mqtt server to control heat pumps via adafruit interference, also I used blynk application too. I just go through your documents its very clear there will be one Slave and Multiple Masters and using AP mode and interference by MQtt server. I'm working right now to send data from a master to different slave but also to implement the autopairing features so it can directly retrieve the Mac address of each slave.
