I need a small PCB designed for a prototype appliance to read data from a GPIO PIN and write it to a microSD card.
The board must use a low-power SMD MCU (to be discussed which, I am ok with Microchip, atmel or NXP), a regulator to 3.3V and a SMD slot for microSD cards. It will be powered from a small form factor 6V rechargeable battery. A switch to turn on the device and leds should be provided to indicate beginning / end of operation as well as any errors. A 16Mhz crystal is also required.
C Software (and source code) must also be provided to interact with a FAT32 filesystem on the SD card. The data read from the GPIO pin must be written to the SD card in text files.
I will provide specs for the GPIO input.
I must be able to prototype the design in-house with a semi-professional reflow oven or soldering station on custom-made PCB. I also have everything needed to build a breadboard prototype.
