I have a RPM sensor, which produces 80 pulses per turn. I need it divided down. I want to use a CD4017B to divide by 10. Then use each half of a CD4013B D-flip-flop to divide it by 2 two more times to get a 2 pulses per turn signal with 50% duty.
It's an easy task, but I need someone to add a bypass capacitor to filter out noise, spikes, etc. Control if i did some mistakes in my thinking and design the PCB.
