Design a Single Phase Fully Controlled Rectifier Circuit with unity Power Factor Correction

I need a help to design the control for the circuit which devided in to two stages H-bridge rectifier and Boost converter (ac-dc) . I need to design two controles one for keeping the input power as a unity and the other control to have a constsnt and pure output voltage (dc). the inut voltage is 240v and 10kw and the duty ratio D=0.5. The application can use as a power foe electrical vhicale.
