Battery life would be great to achieve around 40 hours trying to get that out of a 3.7 v cell is the challenge, however the brightness of the light has to be good, but not to draining on the battery, it has to be bright enough to tell the difference between the yellow and the green, as in some light levels this can be hard. doesn’t need to be seen during the daylight.
we need to get it neat tidy and as small as we can, we cant really use push through components as the battery may have to be underneath and tedious for manufacture.
has to be robust enough to be able to wear it in a crowd, but not bullet proof, so we need to keep the cost down, the target is to get the economies right to manufacture for less than $1 p/unit.
