Tenho uma placa eletrônica legada que precisa ser totalmente atualizada e documentada. O trabalho está dividido em cinco etapas, cada uma com prazo firme: 1) Até 01/04/2026 – Identificar todos os componentes eletrônicos padrão presentes na placa original, criando uma lista clara com códigos de referência, valores e encapsulamentos. 2) Até 01/04/2026 – Selecionar equivalentes modernos e facilmente disponíveis, gerando uma lista de materiais preliminar. A escolha deve seguir a lógica de reengenharia de placa eletrônica, garantindo compatibilidade elétrica e mecânica sem sacrificar desempenho ou confiabilidade. 3) Até 01/05/2026 – Criar o novo esquemático já com os componentes substitutos, mantendo a mesma lógica de funcionamento do circuito original. 4) Até 11/05/2026 – Projetar o layout da PCB atualizado, respeitando boas práticas de roteamento, empilhamento de camadas e regras de fabricação. 5) Até 15/05/2026 – Realizar a revisão final, comparar esquemático, layout e lista de materiais, e então gerar todos os arquivos de fabricação: • Gerbers completos • Arquivos de furação (drill) • Arquivos de montagem Pick & Place • Lista de materiais final (BOM) • PDFs do esquema e do layout Entrego-lhe os arquivos da placa original assim que iniciarmos. Preciso de versões editáveis (Altium, KiCad ou equivalente) e de um pacote final pronto para enviar ao fabricante.
