We need a design hardware and software to take a serial input, time stamp and export to a json packet to remote server
proof of concept using esp32 or pico with ethernet onboard.
Input 64 maxium string at 9600 baud 8 data 1 stop. Divide in to 10 fields to populate a json packet. Send to client server using udp packet.
