led mask beauty tester

I am importing LED beauty masks and need to have the sample tested for compliance safety as well as energy/joules per cm2 to be tested. can anyone help please as I do not know where to start. I cannot find an ISO standard apart from one still in development for beauty products AS/NZS-60335.2.115:2021. not sure if this helps at all?
