RS232 Li-Ion Battery Trickle Charging Circuit Design

We need a trickle charger design that utilizes power stolen from RS232 host pins, that will recharge a Li-Ion battery (single cell, approx 100mAh). Require a very small, inexpensive chipset circuit. Must be tested and documented.
