Development of 7 inch TFT display as an oscilloscope

We need to design a circuit for interfacing analog -5V DC to +5V DC with 7 inch TFT Display so that, we can see the voltage change as a waveforms on the TFT display. The number channels should be from 1 channel to 3 channels. It should have all the functions like time/Div (0.1mm to 50mm/sec) and Volt/Div adjustments like in an oscilloscope.
