We have a prototype box combining both three phase power and control circuitry.
We would like to change the design to split the control parts and high power parts up into two boxes.
Control box would have a OMRON CP1L-EM40DT1-D controler with a large port extension
water prof plugs to accept
2 sensor looms
plug for cable to the high power box (to control inverters)
The high power box would have
preferably water prof plugs but fixed cables might be acceptable to connect to
2 separate motors one controlled by each inverter.
one connection to a vehicle providing among other signal e-stop to the inverters but also 24 v power to the control box
The program is finished the sensor looms are designed. We need a clear new design for separate high power / low power control box. Wire count for each input is known.
We have simplework electrical and would prefer to get designs in that format but are willing to consider other formats. We were thinking about ARCA 304015 as the boxes to use but are flexible.
We also have ideas about what kind of plugs to use but are open to new ideas.
But all components used have to be in stock or have short delivery times.
This project has to be finished soon. So we will pick a freelancer no later than the 18th
