Design on Coreless printed circuit board (PCB) Step-Down Transformer

I require an Electrical Engineer with a Power Electronics background with expertise in Ansys Maxwell and/or Infolytical MagNet and/or MATLAB or similar to help me to determine the viability of a 11kVAC ->5VAC printed circuit board transformer. An applicant with transformer design would also be desirable.

Part I

The concept is simple. I have done a very rough conceptual design on paper of a 4 layer printed circuit board transformer and need someone to check that my assumptions that the concept could work.

Part II

If the concept is feasible I would like a full simulation to be conducted to determine the number of turns on the primary and secondary coils as well as all the parameters required for a real world device to be built.

The design of the transformer is very loosely based upon the following papers:
