A custom PCB needed with the following requirements:
The PCB is intended to control 8 separate channels of 220V AC. Each channel should be interrupted thought a contactor (interrupts booth line and neutral), each channel should be routed from 2 different sources of 220V AC thought a pulse relay with 2+1 contacts (routes booth line and neutral). For each channel should be a feedback - which power source is currently contacted and is the contactor closed or not. Also a simple power meter based on current sensor ACS712 (or similar) should be connected after each contactor.
Contactors coils are controlled by 220V AC. Each channel should have an optosiolated switch based on transistor for 220V AC with low current for a 220V AC coil. The control signal comes as 5V DC from an Arduino Nano.
Pulse relay coils are controled by 220V AC. This relays change its state each time a pulse of 1s is received on the coil. The relay does not need power after the pulse switch. Even after power source interruption the relay is completely mechanical and the state remains. Each channel should have an optosiolated switch based on transistor for 220V AC with low current for the pulse of with 220V AC coil. The control signal comes as 5V DC from an Arduino Nano.
Each channel should have optoisolated feedback if there is 220V AC (if the contactor is closed) connected after the contactor - must have an 220V AC input and optoisolated 5V DC output. Will be connected to an Arduino Nano.
Each channel should have a feedback which power source is selected at the moment. This comes from an additional contact group of the pulse relay. A hardware debounce of the relay contact should be provided on board.
Each channel should have a current sensor for up to 30A 220V AC based on ACS712 (or similar) with logic level of 5V DC. The sensor should be connected on the line after the contactor.
Each PCB should have 8 channels. Each channel should consist of two switches (one for the contactor and one fro the pulse relay), power feedback, source feedback and current sensor (power meter). All feedback, sensors and switches will be controlled by an Arduino Nano. All logic should be optoisolated from the AC. AC lines on the PCB should be cut from the logic lines.
Also each PCB should have a common 220AC terminal (2 heads) for the pulse relay power, a common 5V DC terminal for optoisolated components and MCU power and separate terminals for each channel for the contactor coil, pulse relay coil, power for the contactor coil, power feedback, source feedback and current sensor.
So each channel have 1 * 11 heads terminal:
* 2 for the pulse relay coil - 220V AC
* 2 for contactor power - 220V AC
* 2 for contactor coil - 220V AC
* 2 for source feedback - 5V DC
* 3 for current sensor and power feedback (neutral, line in and line out) - 220V AC up to 30A
The source and power feedback can be connected thought different resistors so all 8 channels use a common analog pin on the MCU.
Also the 8 pulse relays can be controlled thought 4 digital pins - 3 for the address and 1 for the pulse. At no time more than one relay will not receive a switching pulse.
For the 8 contactors some register shift should be provided to shorten the number of the pins on the MCU.
The PCB should have an socket to attach an Arduino Nano directly on the board.
Will be good if all 8 channels including the feedbacks can be controlled by a single Arduino Nano with free SPI or I2C interface to communicate with the master.
In general I'm searching for a freelancer to design and layout the PCB only, but if someone can offer a production of 10 - 20 pcs at an affordable price will be also OK.
MCU, contactors and pulse relays are out of the scope. Only the PCB with switches, feedback and current sensors must be included. The red rectangle on the attached scheme is the scope of the PCB.
For the production I prefer a freelancer from European Union to avoid customs issues.
